Keyword

What it is: A Keyword is a word or phrase that is used to search for content using a search engine.

Why it's important: A good SEO strategy will include Keyword Research in order to ensure that best keywords are used within the copy of a website, in order to increase rankings on the SERPs.

How it Sells Homes: Routinely performing Keyword Research and using the right keywords in on your real estate website and in your new home marketing online (including PPC, social media, online postings, online PR and more) can be a way to attract quality visitors to your website.  Using the keywords or phrases that display interest in buying a new home in your area is a way to be “found” by someone who is much more likely to buy.
