We confess. We’re conversion junkies. Zealots, you might say.

Website traffic, social media, SEO, SEM – these are all just icing on our conversion cake. None of these in and of themselves sell homes. Conversion sells homes. Everything else is simply a tool to drive more leads through conversion.

For New Home Marketing online, conversion comes in five key forms: conversion from an internet browser to a real estate website visitor, a website visitor to a web lead, a web lead to a prospect (sales office visit), and conversion from a prospect to a sale and then to a close.

Really, that’s all we care about. Well, that and our next cup of coffee.

We’re Serious About Sales

We could go on and on about the virtues of conversion: lower overall marketing costs, more efficient sales funnel management, lower cost per lead, vertical marketing capabilities, creating a significant competitive advantage without a big budget, and so on.

But basically, we’re evangelical about conversion because more conversion means more sales. Pure and simple. We really like that. We’re big fans. We’re guessing you are too.

We Heart the Internet

Really. It’s right up there, after conversion and coffee and sales. You can find anything on the internet, day or night. In any format: video, downloads, eBooks, you name it, the internet is immediate gratification, and we like that. (Let’s see, that’s conversion, coffee, sales, the internet, immediate gratification…) But it seemed that when it came to resources for New Home Sales and Marketing, the internet got a little more quiet. Don’t get us wrong, there are some great resources on the web from some excellent people in the New Home Sales industry, but we wanted more. More is good. More information, more ideas, more immediate solutions, more formats, more access, more in depth information. You know. More.

Nice. Uh, Who Are You?

We are New Home Sales and Marketing Professionals who come straight from the front lines, so we’ll never serve you a bologna sandwich and tell you it’s lobster bisque. Our day jobs at Idea One Media consist of creating cost effective internet marketing campaigns for homebuilders. (Drive more leads, spend less money. Catchy, right?)

But Enough About Us.

 

And that’s about all we have to say about us. Because really, as much as we like us, we REALLY like you. Mostly because we know how hard your job is, how challenging the market is, how much pressure you are under, and how you have learned to live with uncertainty. Believe us, we get it. We’re here to make things easier for you. We hope you will find plenty of ideas that you can put into immediate action to get results (that’s our goal, we’re still working on jazzing up the language a bit). At the very least we hope you will find a respite from the storm here, among people who understand how hard you work and how great you are at what you do.
